USB RECEIVER DAC, UNKNOWN DEVICE!!!!!

Hi,

I've connected USB/SPdif board to my computer USB plug, just after ended few soldering (plugs, caps):
The message I get from the computer is: "Unknown Device"
I reboot the computer: same message
I had a look on soldering points with magnifying lenses : nothing wrong , apparently
Have tried the USB on another computer, another cable : same message from Windows Vista.
I have checked caps polarity & are ok, also I verified jumper for S/PDIF an is ok too.
Before to connect your USB receiver, I was using USB 2704 (HagUsb from Hagerman Technoligies) for several months without any problem.

Was a software problem, now I solve downloading uptades in both computersd'oh!
