hello forum,
yes, the buffalo II seems to be somewhat "old" but I'm trying to get it to work with an amanero. Occasionally, especially at high bitrates, I get crackling and hissing noise out of the dac. The I2S-Connection doesn't seem to be the problem. Now I would like to give the "alternate firmware" for the buffalo II a try...
Maybe someone could tell me where I can get the firmware-file (also for the volumite) or send it to me. Putting the firmware on to an attiny should not be the problem.
