Hello,

Does the S/PDIF 4:1 MUX/Receiver Module accepts Toslink, or Coax S/PDIF or both as inputs?

Thank you.

It accepts 3 S/PDIF (coax) and one AES or S/PDIF. You can use TOSLINK by adding one of our TOSLINK modules in front of any of the inputs.

Yes and yes.

The MUX (CS8416) will do a better job dealing with less common frequencies (between 96 and 192kHx) as well, such as 176kHz. The WM8804 does not do multiples of 44.1khz above 88.2khz in hardware mode.
