Hi Russ,
I've plan to connect LYNX AES 16 or RME HDSP AES 32 with 8 channels AES/EBU output to
your S/PDIF MUX RECEIVER + Buffalo
My question is: is it possible without problems?

It should be just fine. :)

The MUX board only supports 1 channel of AES/EBU.
