I was inside the enclosure again and again I cannot lock my main digital signal. I have checked continuity of the wiring from jack to the S/PDIF-4 Input Board and everthing is fine. I am able to lock into the Toslink signal so that would seem to eliminate the ribbon cable situation. I have tried a different cable for digital signal, but still no lock. What am I missing?

Yes it is. I've used it for six months now. With no problems until this past week.

I can only suggest verifying that the signals indeed are actually reaching their target inputs.
