What voltage would the Ballsie like to see from the Bipolar PS? I was assuming 7.5 but can't adjust the output any lower than about 18Vdc.

|
+-15V would be ideal. If you can't adjust the voltage down, you have a problem with your build. Likely the voltage regulators are reversed.
