Very likely the signals are simply different. You would need to check the actually digital signal.

I added flux in all jumpers & resoldered, it seems now isn't a lot of difference between between channels using S/PDIF or I2S, also the left channel seems to sounds louder (still not louder as right channel but the difference isn't than bigger than before). Edited by user 12 years ago

I misunderstood what you meant. I thought you were saying the the SPDIF signal was overall louder than I2S. ;)

You don't need a dummy load, and yes you can listen directly from the DAC to your amp. AC couple it if necessary. Edited by user 12 years ago

B3 directly without Legato still sounds louder S/PDIF than I2S also roght channel sounds the same. Tested with a mono song. Edited by user 12 years ago

When you measured that was it switched for PCM or SPDIF?
