The will work fine. You will want to use the V_IN inputs (edge of board) on the IVY instead of the I_IN inputs, as the AKM is a voltage output DAC.

As Brian said - it will work fine - just use the voltage inputs (like Opus does)

I would also probably adjust the input impedance to 2K (adjust the gain of the rest of the circuit accordingly)
