Found the problem, was being REALLY stupid and swapped a 1.2v and 3.3v module  , lucky everything is okay, IVY III though too much DC on the output, I think it's the SMD's, they came loose in transit but I just built the Legato and hooked it up tonight, sounds really nice! :) Happy midway, final is hooking up USB -> i2S module...
