Is it safe to use one placid set to 5.5v with 9+9 15VA transformer to power two buffalo IIs, volumite, and TOSLINK module?
Is it safe to use one placid bp set to 15v with 15+15 30VA transformer to power two IVY3s?
If this is ok to do will the sharing of PSUs reduce sound quality?

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) No. The only possible benefit to separate PS would be in stereo separation, and any possible difference would be difficult to measure much less hear. So I would not worry over this choice.
