Hi all,

Does someone know which terminals to use for uBNC connections? It's used for the WaveIO J2.

Does someone know the p/n and/ or is someone able to send me some of those? Off course I will pay for them including the shipment.

Thanks in advance!

Jordo

Those appear to be u.fl connectors.

I sell four-packs of them here (bottom): http://www.twistedpearau...m/digital/buffalose.aspx

Thx Brian,

I will make an order.

Do I have to use real coax cable (50 Ohm resistance)?

Okay... I see these are 50 Ohm coax cables am I correct? I still have some feet left of this I will use.

Do I use this cable for all the I2S connections?

So I leave the Cat 5 Cable for the interconnection between the two Teleporters.
But I use u.fl cable for the Waveio to the sending teleporter and from the receiving teleporter to the sidecar and from the sidecar to the DAC's?...

Basically what you said, yes.

The main thing to consider for I2S is keeping the runs as short as possible, regardless of the cable type.

The u.fl connections will provide better shielding against noise, both picked up by the lines and emitted by them).

Hi Brian,

I just received the package, thanks for that.
But I need the female terminals to connect the wires. :(
The males are already installed on the WaveIO...

Do you sell them too or do you have a partnumber for the female wire terminal so I can order them?

Thx

I don't sell the female cable-mount connectors. Typically people use pre-made assemblies because they are so small.

Here is the datasheet for the connectors that you can use to figure out what will fit the cable you have:
