I am looking for a person or shop that can assemble a dac for me. I would like to buy a TP DAC and a broskie tube buffer and have it soldered up for me. I am clueless in schematics and would like to pay someone to build for me. Thanks!

I would post on the classified sections of various DIY sites. There are quite a few custom builders out there. I can't really recommend one over another.
