Hi

I've set up the power supply to 12 v and 250 ma without the legato connected. Whe I connect the legato the voltage at the power terminals drop to ~1.1v. Adjusting the power supply does not produce any significant response. I lifted the jumpers 1-4, again no difference.

What may I be desling with here ?

Disregard please. Bad mistake, had the chip mounted in the wrong direction. Hopefuly didn't toast anything.
