Wouldn't it be better to use a log pot for the Volumite instead of a linear pot? The volume change would then follow a logarithmic scale thus coping with the fact the human ear responds to the loudness of sound logarithmically...
Any opinion on that? THANKS!

There digital volume control already follows a logarithmic scale.

I was thinking the digital control was following the same scale as the pot since I get most of the increase in loudness in the last 1/4 turn...
