I've got a Legato 2 power by dual placid BP power supplies and am having a little bit of a hard time understanding if I've got things right.

As I understand the manual R13-14 would be the amount of current being shunted on the placid...R1-R2 would be the amount of current supplied. Now given that I'm powering the Legato with two power supplies and the total to power the Legato is 350ma...I'm guessing that it would be normal that if I'm shunting say .07v ie...70ma and measuring R1-2 around .175 that I'd have things running fine?

One strange thing is that the variable resistors on the Legato don't seem to have an effect on balanced output voltage...?

One thing I should make clear. I have soldered in the components for the SE stage but it is not powered. I have also Jumped the the pads on the where the 100uF AC coupling caps should be. I'm using some caps directly at the balanced outputs instead.

any thoughts?
