Our standard shipping method is by United States Postal Service (USPS) for both local (US) and international orders, which we have found over time to be fast, inexpensive and very reliable. Shipping to the United States (and APO) is free. International orders (non-US) will be charged an additional flat fee of $6USD at time of checkout.

We guarantee all such orders will arrive in good condition. If an order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will refund or replace part or all of the order to the best of our ability, and at our discretion. Buyers should inspect orders upon arrival and report any damaged or open packages, as well as any missing parts.

All international orders will be declared full for their value, and when appropriate, orders will be insured. All local customs duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

We occasionally receive requests for alternate shipping arraignments, and we will try to accommodate such requests. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any orders shipped by such alternate (not Standard Shipping) will not be guaranteed by Twisted Pear Audio.
