In my setup RMS Noise of Legato 3.1 on 24kHz BW is -107dBV/-110dBV(A) Measured with Placid HD BP 2.1 on unbalanced outputs with +40dB amplifier between DAC and sound card. During measurement the Legato board was connected to not powered Buffalo 3 board. Three figures are attached: - noise on the left unbalanced channel of Legato - noise on the right unbalanced channel of Legato - noise while Legato was not powered The Y axis is calibrated. Headphone outputs are same as unbalanced outputs with regard of the noise. Small signal frequency peaks (which might be aliases) are coming probably from Legato, because they were not present with other power supply I've tried. .
