To convert from balanced to unbalanced I am presently using very expensive high end JT-10kb-dpc Jenson transformers.
Is the any improvement to switching to the ballsie lite?
I understand the transformer is much more expensive, just wondering if I should switch.
Appreciate the help.

This is going to boil down to taste. :)
Personally I don't prefer transformers.

FYI: The Ventus EZ is superseding the Ballsie lite in the lineup.
