Can the volumite be used on the USB receiver board. I am looking for a inexpensive solution for getting USB out of a PC to a power amp but with a volume control between. The other option would be a simple alps pot between the USB reciver output and the power amp. But prefer a digital solution.

You could adjust the volume from the computer.
